Founded in year 2018, we are a federally incorporated company, licensed to operate as a real estate brokerage in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
We are a cloud based brokerage, meaning, we do not have any brick-and-mortar client dealing offices. Our agents meet clients on a location per client’s preference & convenience – be it for presentations, showings, offers or whatever the need be. In addition to that, our client support team is accessible via phone, video conference, text, email & online chat. We are always by your side!
Of course Yes!. Every real estate brokerage in Ontario, big or small, franchised or independent, are regulated by the same set of Laws, Rules & Code of Ethics and are strictly mandated to adhere with. ‘Real Estate Council of Ontario’ (aka RECO) is the governing body that regulates every brokerage in the Province of Ontario.
Though we are cloud based, but we do have an office in Toronto, solely to handle back office operations.
We as a brokerage do not enforce a standard company wide commission structure. Commissions are typically negotiated between the client and the sales representative/broker.
All agents in our brokerage are working as full time real estate professionals. Our business model and recruiting practices are crafted in a manner that is conducive to the ones who are committed strictly to work as a full time agent – nothing less!
As mandated under REBBA Act. 2002, we do maintain a Real Estate Trust Account for client deposits.
We are in Phase-1 of our growth plan. Our next phase (probably 2021) will see expansion to British Columbia.
